As the Principal Designer and creative force behind The Dickson Design Group, Kate Dickson is renowned for her ability to uncover purpose in the most unexpected corners of your home. With a distinctive approach, she has carved a niche for herself by transforming homes that need a lot of love into bright, fresh, and highly functional spaces.
Known for her keen eye for detail and warm personality, Kate’s superpower is space planning. Whether it's new construction, an addition, or a kitchen remodel, no detail is too small. Kate thrives on creating spaces that not only meet her client's needs but also reflect their unique style. Kate lives in central Toronto with her husband, two kids and dog, Cody.

Meet Christine, our Business Manager, who brings a cheerful energy to our team. She's the mastermind behind our engaging social media channels and keeps the world connected to our brand. She has a background in marketing, human resources and public relations which makes her the perfect candidate to keep up with all things digital at DDG. Christine lives in Toronto in a newly renovated home - courtesy of The Dickson Design Group, of course - with her husband and three kids.

Rebecca, our incredibly talented Operations Manager, has mastered the art of organizing everything and everyone in our office. She ensures every project follows a seamless journey from concept to reality by meticulously managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and procurement. With 15 years of operations experience spanning both fashion and interior design, she brings hands-on experience to every part of her job. Rebecca lives in downtown Toronto where she’s constantly trying to keep up with a young daughter and a rescue pup.

As our Junior Designer, Alex plays a pivotal role in bringing creativity and vision to our design projects. Collaborating seamlessly with Kate throughout the design process, she contributes from the initial inspiration-gathering phase to the intricate details of space planning and the quest for the perfect fixtures and furniture that define your space. Graduating from Toronto Metropolitan University School of Interior Design, Alex brings a solid foundation of design principles and a fresh perspective to our team. Alex lives in the West end of Toronto and enjoys exploring the unique architecture of Toronto's different neighbourhoods.
